Logo Design Analysis

Music is so powerful. To us we can either get uplifted by music or feel pain from it. Music can even make us feel the comfort that everything is going to be all right. Also most of the time music can tell people of who we are as a person.

This logo is for my company called Sakura Connections. This company is a music recording/connections company. The things that are different about this company compared to other companies are that we give people with all kinds of music to make them known. Even for people like DJs who make remixes, night cores, dubsteps we make the connection to make their music their own without the problem of copyright. 

Copyright is not easy so people who make music. Even more for people that make music like nightcores. (Nightcores are songs that people make them to go faster and a little but higher than the original.) Because of people taking songs and remixing it basically.

 Also the client would have the option to give people who he/she can get inspiration or do other music with. If there is no inspiration in the world there would be nothing in this world that would be made.

The design I have made for my company is a face of a cat with sun glasses and headphones around it’s neck. I want my logo to be more modern because to me modern logo design and typographic lettering is very interesting to me. 

How I’m making this logo relate to me/personality is that the cat has strength like they can adapt to and change their plans. So if the client has/wants any changes to the music/album, they are free to make changes. I’m a creative person so I wanted my colours that I was using to be creative, that’s why I picked the fading fire colour. Plus I do like the element fire.

The feelings in the logo design that I think people will most grab on to is that the sunglasses will grab most of the interest because it’s so bold compared to the rest of the colours in the logo. For the colour design since it has a more fire fading affect to it, it will grab the most attention. So I think the feeling would be that this company is professional.

The logo solution that’s most fitting for the company I think would be the colour logo. I think that because the colour pops out the most to me. The other ones seem to dull to me. In conclusion this logo design assignment was hard for me. There is a lot of steps in this process. Making rough drafts I think were the hardest one for me to do because I’m not use to making rough draft I either ease the thing that’s wrong or I throw it out. So rough draft is something I have to get use to.  This was challenging assignment to do so I think in the long run I don’t want to be a logo designer.
